I needs help. Seriously, I have no idea if what I am using is correct, and I could really use input from a practiced guitarist.
Here is the page I'm using from ultimate-guitar.com. Do the scales look like they were written correctly, and if they were, is there anything else I should learn regarding scales?

They look fine...what scales do you know already though? Learn all your major/minor scales, as well as modes and be able to list the note names/play the notes of any scale/mode. That probably doesn't help much though...>_>

DO YOU HAS?

I probably don't really need to put them in spoiler tags, they don't take up that much space...>_>

Those look good. When you start to get a grasp of things, try and pick up some berkley music books. They're full of etudes, which are very good practice. As moh said, modes are good practice as well. I just picked up a book actually, called The Guitar Grimoire. Filled with scales, modes, and other lead-oriented content.

Great. I'll be sure to practice them; I have many chords down pat, but my skills in anything outside of rhythm lack considerably.

All it takes to do lead is a little work. You're on the right track with scales and modes. Also, knowledge of those will help you write your own songs and improvise your own solos.
