I did this for a hobby a while back, still do this rarely. I use old video game graphics (sprites), rip them apart, and put them together to form parodies or self portraits (such as my avatar). Descriptions will be posted at the bottom of each image.
So without further ado:
This was a demo I made this for my English class on The Cask Of Amontillado. This was the cover based off Poe's short story. 8bit Retaliation is my band project name.
Randy Rhoads as a guitar god. Some claim it also looks like Zakk Wylde. You be the judge.
Ray Gillen. Former Black Sabbath Vocalist. Deceased. RIP.
Hey look, it's Ozzy Osbourne.
Tony Martin. Former BS vocalist. Then and now.
A mod who shall be pronounced nameless challenged me into making a better cover than the recent Heaven And Hell live album cover. I simply said I didn't like it, but he insisted. Or so I think. So here is my cover that I use instead. Last Note: There is a hidden subliminal message on the cover. Try to find it if you can. (Those that already seen this don't tell what it is.)
Vic Rattlehead from Megadeth. Rust In Peace album.
More Megadeth parodies.
Judas Priest's Scream For Vengeance parody.
Move Zig...For Great Justice.
I saved these for last. This was basically where the my madness began. Final Sabbath was a band name that I also created but have now long abandoned simply because two ex-friends of mine stabbed me in the back. But that's another story. From then on, I made several Black Sabbath parodies over the years.
Mob Rules cover "Mafia Rules". Looking back, I should of just kept "Mob Rules", but then I realized
In honor of Black Sabbath reuniting with Dio and Appice, I recreated the Live Evil cover.
Black Sabbath's Dehumanizer, coming to a 16 bit video game console near you.

BS's Cross Purposes
PARANOID!
BS's Heaven And Hell.
BS's Born Again
BS's Reunion live album
And finally (Pun not-intended), Never Say Die! album:
